Lead and grow the content production department, owning the full visual content production cycle for internal teams
Coordinate the content production department with Product, Art, Design, Marketing, SMM etc,
Collect, process, and prioritize content requests from different teams and departments
Estimate tasks by timeline, complexity, required resources, and the best way to execute them
Allocate work between the in-house team, external vendors, and freelancers
Set tasks and control deadlines, quality, and final output, ensuring visual content meets artistic, technical, and product requirements
Ensure adherence to internal production standards and processes
Identify risks that could affect production timelines or quality, and resolve them proactively
Continuously improve production processes like automation, new tools, pipeline optimization
Ensure processes scale as volume and complexity grow
Define and implement unified standards for producing different types of content
Participate in developing and launching new content formats and categories
Organize content production for collaborations with artists, authors, brands, and other external partners
Requirements
Fluent Russian (C1/B2), internal documentation and communication run in Russian
You are based in the EU
Proven experience leading a content or visual production function at scale — multiple leads and multi-tiered teams reporting in
Strong background in visual arts or art direction — many production leads in this studio have grown from an Art Lead or artist background
Experience managing production pipelines, resource allocation, and vendor / freelancer relationships
Comfortable working with licensing and partner / IP collaborations
