With your coaching mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, you help people and teams grow while creating clarity on direction, priorities, and the customer outcomes we are working towards.

We expect you to have

  • Experience in digital leadership and a strong track record of leading content, web or digital experience teams across multiple markets.

  • Experience leading through other leaders and developing strong, high-performing teams.

  • Experience establishing content operating models, lifecycle processes and common standards across markets or business areas.

  • Strong knowledge of content management, content governance, digital visibility, SEO and web management.

  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms is important, and experience with Optimizely is an advantage.

  • You are curious about how AI and emerging technologies are changing digital discovery and customer behavior, and you are motivated by developing capabilities, people and ways of working that are fit for the future.
