Role Overview

As Head of Content for Money20/20 Europe, you'll:

• Lead our content strategy and execution for the Amsterdam show
• Be the face and voice of our content
• Build relationships with senior executives to secure groundbreaking keynotes
• Inspire fresh narratives that shape the industry's future
• Engage with top customers to elevate the Money20/20 brand
• Work with marketing and social media teams to drive ticket sales
• Stay on top of industry trends and identify innovators
• Ensure Money20/20 Europe delivers unmatched experiences

You'll join the largest independent fintech platform globally, creating real change in financial services.

Key Accountabilities

1. Secure high-profile speakers - CEOs, founders, and industry trailblazers
2. Build strategic relationships with senior leaders in and outside financial services
3. Represent Money20/20 Europe's content strategy externally
4. Deliver cutting-edge content that sets new standards
5. Manage and prioritize thousands of speaking submissions
6. Research emerging trends and industry disruptors
7. Shape content pillars and session topics
8. Liaise with key clients on thought leadership opportunities
9. Drive collaboration across teams to deliver a world-class show
10. Lead and inspire the EU Content Manager
