About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Content to lead our global content marketing function during a pivotal phase of hyper-growth. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you'll develop our content marketing strategy to build our brand and funnel across all markets. You'll also manage and scale a high-performing team of content marketing managers, copywriters, and designers - driving multi-faceted content that resonates across multiple regions, languages, channels and personas.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice of a fast-scaling SaaS brand operating in diverse markets. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing a content strategy that fuels international growth, supports regional marketing teams, and aligns with our broader go-to-market efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a global content strategy that supports demand generation, brand awareness, and customer education across multiple regions
- Manage and scale a multidisciplinary content team, including content marketers, writers, and designers
- Build and maintain a singular editorial framework and calendar that blends content franchises plus hero, hub and hygiene content, as well as content localisation to support multiple languages and regional nuances
- Drive thought leadership, product marketing content, case studies, and long-form assets to support sales and marketing teams globally
- Work cross-functionally with growth, product marketing, regional marketing, and campaigns teams to ensure content is aligned with strategic priorities and pipeline targets
- Oversee content production for blogs, whitepapers, reports, videos, web content, social campaigns, and more
- Establish clear performance metrics and use analytics to inform decisions and improve results
- Implement scalable content workflows, editorial standards, and QA processes for a fast-moving environment
- Manage agency partners and freelance contributors as needed to support regional demand
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand leadership roles - with at least 3+ years managing teams
- Proven success scaling content operations for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally across multiple geographic markets and organisation segments
- Experience leading multi-language or localized content efforts and collaborating with regional stakeholders
- Deep understanding of SEO, digital channels, and how content drives performance across the funnel
- Familiarity with AI tools and developing AI-assisted content workflows
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with content management systems, SEO tools, and project management tools
- Advantageous: Background in leading content for product-led growth or self-serve SaaS models
