What You'll do

The Head of Commercial & Investment – Asia is responsible for driving billups’ commercial and investment initiatives across Asia to support overall business growth.

This role will lead the region’s pricing strategy, trading approach, and commercial partnerships, while strengthening relationships with media owners, clients, and agencies. The role will also support market leads and planning teams to ensure client KPIs are consistently delivered.

The position requires a strategic commercial mindset combined with strong investment and trading expertise, enabling billups to deliver best-in-class investment performance across the region.

This individual will report to the Global Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with billups’ regional leadership team, including the CEO, Managing Directors across the network.

What You'll bring

  • Extensive experience in media investment, preferably within the OOH sector

  • Strong commercial and trading experience

  • Solid understanding of OOH planning and buying

  • Experience negotiating and managing contract guarantee commitments

  • Experience managing external media auditor processes

  • Knowledge of investment models across multiple media channels

  • Experience managing and analysing performance data

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships internally and externally at multiple levels

  • Strong numeracy and analytical capability

  • Advanced negotiation skills

  • High level of commercial awareness

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Key Responsibilities

Regional Commercial Leadership

  • Champion billups across Asia and act as a senior voice helping drive the business forward.

  • Identify new commercial opportunities that support revenue growth and long-term profitability.

  • Support the expansion of the billups brand across Asia through strong client, agency, and media owner relationships.

Investment & Trading Strategy

  • Lead and oversee billups’ Asia investment and trading approach, ensuring a best-in-class standard.

  • Identify opportunities and synergies across markets to strengthen investment strategies and share learnings across the global network.

  • Apply and evolve pricing models between billups, clients, agencies, and media owner partners.

Commercial Delivery

  • Manage delivery of billups pricing and commercial commitments to client partners, ensuring all contractual targets are met.

  • Oversee Asia’s investment reporting and forecasting process.

  • Support and lead negotiations with media owner partners across the region.

  • Assist in negotiating programmatic OOH pricing commitments.

New Business & Commercial Governance

  • Act as the Asia’s Investment and Trading lead for new business pitches

  • Support planning and pitch teams in evaluating client and agency commercial commitments.

  • Manage contract guarantee commitments, including pricing agreements and commercial terms.

  • Support the development of pitch pricing grids and commercial frameworks.

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong commercial and investment relationships with media owners, clients, and agencies.

  • Ensure alignment between billups’ commercial strategy and the broader needs of our partners.
