Support day-to-day client account servicing and OOH media planning (RFPs, grid development, DoMedia, platform mapping). Assist campaign activation, vendor liaison, POP and attribution reporting, maintain campaign files, and contribute to revenue growth under senior oversight.

The Account Executive coordinates client services, supports media planning and buying, manages campaign execution, and maintains client relationships.

Lead and manage key UK accounts for Out-of-Home media, oversee client teams, deliver strategic OOH planning and forecasts, maintain client and media owner relationships, resolve campaign issues, mentor staff, and drive commercial growth across international markets.

Support programmatic account teams to set up, monitor, optimize and report on OOH programmatic campaigns. Respond to briefs, manage delivery and pacing across DSPs and proprietary platforms, produce weekly/monthly performance analysis, assist reconciliation and pipeline management, and help optimize media supply and client relationships.

Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile: own UX strategy, design systems, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and visual/typographic craft. Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative to translate complex requirements into consistent, accessible, and brand-aligned interfaces.

Maintain and evolve AWS-based infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, support cloud engineering, manage monitoring/logging/databases, automate deployments, perform production maintenance, estimate and plan work, document systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Support full-cycle accounting with emphasis on accounts receivable: process cash deposits, match invoices to POs, assist AP/AR, prepare month-end reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, maintain customer/vendor data, assist payments and month/year-end close, and maintain vendor/internal relationships.

Process vendor invoices and payments, match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, prepare AP reports, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure compliance with accounts payable policies.

Responsible for general ledger activities including posting accruals/prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close support, budgeting/forecasting, treasury and commission processing, deferral/amortization schedules, tax compliance, and ad hoc reporting. Must work independently and maintain organized documentation for financial reporting.
