Head of Commercial Czech Republic & Slovakia
Objective:
In this role you will be part of the Commercial Area East and will manage our business operations in Czechia and Slovakia, reporting to the Head of Commercial North-East.
You will lead and be accountable for the results and growth of the business in all areas Taste, Care, Wellbeing and Peace of Mind.
In addition, you will be responsible for a full-size commercial organization in Czechia and Slovakia consisting of Controlling, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Ownership Solutions and Service, Customer Services & Demand Planning, Taste, Care and Wellbeing Product Lines.
Strong focus is on customer and product mix for better profitability in a consumer centric organization, you will be expected to drive differentiated channel strategies to increase shares within each channel, both in terms of profitability, value and volume.
All about the role:
- To lead and be accountable for the results as well as the growth of the region, focusing on EBIT and value growth.
- Manage the creation of robust commercial strategies for the region, integrating Group and Commercial Area brand and business strategies and ensure flawless execution.
- Lead the transformation of the organization to grow strategic areas (Peace of Mind, new services, consumer centric approach).
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall knowledge sharing on business, customer and competitor challenges across Electrolux.
- Ensure compliance to group policies and guidelines.
- Provide true leadership to the local management team and to the organisation.
- Responsibility for the company´s market position (share, penetration and distribution)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and general management ideally from an international company in the region
- Proven track record in people and organizational development and leadership.
- Proven track record in customer management and relationship building
- Master’s degree in business or related studies will be a considered as a plus
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers
- Sales and marketing experience/exposure from consumer goods – preferably white goods/home appliances
- Experience of working within matrix organizations
- Strong communicator on all levels of the organization
- Fluent English and Czech
- You will mainly work from the office in Prague but some business trips within the supported countries are required, few within Commercial Area and HQ (Stockholm)
