About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Client Solutions to lead our client-facing initiatives, drive seamless campaign execution, and support the sales team with strategic, creative, and operational solutions.
As the go-to leader for managing client projects, you will develop innovative campaign ideas, oversee influencer partnerships, and ensure flawless delivery of campaigns both online and offline. You’ll act as the bridge between clients, creators, and sales teams, ensuring that campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage a team of client solutions specialists over time, foster collaboration across departments, and nurture long-term client relationships that fuel Ampverse’s growth in the gaming and entertainment space.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Solutions
- Partner with sales teams to deeply understand client needs and translate them into tailored, innovative campaign strategies.
- Craft compelling presentations and proposals for client pitches, supporting the sales process from strategy to execution.
- Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize solutions.

- Influencer & Offline Events: Campaign Management
- Identify and align the most suitable influencers and creators with brand campaigns, ensuring cultural authenticity and impact.
- Oversee campaign execution across digital and offline events delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Generate actionable insights through performance reports to optimize campaigns and strengthen client trust.

Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in client solutions, account management, or campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and community activations
- Demonstrated success in managing influencer partnerships and executing cross-channel campaigns.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster high-performance cultures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
- Experience with campaign reporting and performance metrics, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Creative and analytical mindset, capable of visualizing and executing campaigns from concept to completion.
