The Team and Role:

As the Head of B2B Channel DACH, you are an ambitious, driven business leader who will lead our B2B channel team and drive revenue growth in one of our largest European markets. You are entrepreneurial and demonstrate creative problem-solving and an excellent ability to strategize, execute, and lead. You work cross-functionally to support our business goals and mission and are amazing at working with external stakeholders. You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the channel business and support the B2B business strategy across commercial channels. You will lead our DACH partner strategy including business development, program analysis, internal reporting, and be responsible for partner fund tracking. 


You will have direct responsibility for communicating risks, opportunities, and activities through weekly, monthly and quarterly process and business management systems and contribute to the development of budgets, track effectiveness of programs and drive initiatives to improve profits, market share and partner focus. This role will act as an interface with finance, operations and sales leadership to lead the communication of initiatives and strategies that drive growth for the B2B business. 


You will lead a team of experienced Channel Account Managers across Germany, Switzerland and Austria. This position reports to the European Head of Channel and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech’s Channel Partners across the DACH region.

  • Hold responsibility for forecasting, reporting, joint business plans, channel sales, and customer satisfaction in the UKI channel.

  • Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximises Logitech’s B2B opportunities in the channel. 

  • Be a strong leader and role model for our Channel Account Managers. 


Key Qualifications:

  • Prior channel management leadership experience and a willingness to actively contribute to new initiatives as we further accelerate our business. 

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals. 

  • Experience in direct people management, ability to recruit, motivate, enable and develop talent across the region, 

  • Proven prior demonstrated success in channel sales, operations, partnerships, and business development, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of successful growing businesses. 

  • Experience in leading or running a partner sales or operating unit. 

  • Experience within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments.

  • Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigour. 

  • Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with partners internal and external.

  • Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers. 

  • Knowledge of the video collaboration and B2B IT peripherals market, industry and familiarity. 

  • A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data. 

  • Understanding of market trends, assumptions and practices and policies. 

  • High degree of persistence and follow-through. 

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions. 

  • The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment.
