We’re now looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Head of Channel Marketing to propel our growth across the UK & Ireland (UKI) and Central Eastern & Southern Africa (CESA) regions.
Your Contribution
In the capacity of Head of Channel Marketing for UKI and CESA, you will take charge of our regional marketing strategy, leading a team and collaborating with Sales to establish innovative marketing campaigns that propel growth, create solid partnerships, and amplify Jabra’s role in the channel.
What You’ll Do
Execute the Channel Marketing strategy across UKI and CESA, aligning closely with Sales and global priorities to fuel market share and revenue growth.
Develop and execute impactful campaigns, product launches, events, and enablement programs that promote partner engagement and customer demand.
Onboard, develop, and grow strategic marketing partnerships — converting partner goals into marketing strategies with notable outcomes.
Manage regional marketing budgets and agency relationships
Promote alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Alliance teams to ensure cohesive execution and brand consistency..
Create an effective team of Channel Marketing Managers, promoting standards of excellence and marketing proficiency throughout the region.
What You Bring
Progressive marketing leadership experience in IT, Audio/Video, or Unified Communications industries.
Extensive experience in managing marketing efforts concentrated on channel engagement and collaborative promotions.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying strategic plans effectively, translating them into actionable initiatives that yield significant results.
Experience managing agencies, marketing budgets, and cross-functional teams in a rapidly evolving, matrixed organization.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
