About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, resourceful operator to support and partner with our CEO in leading Hello Heart through its next stage of growth. Based in our TLV office, this role will be a critical extension of the CEO—helping to drive CEO focus, strategic priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination between our Israeli and U.S. operations.
You’ll serve as a daily partner to the CEO—providing real-time support, helping prioritize what matters most, owning critical workflows, and preparing and attending high-stakes meetings. You will serve as a thought partner across executive and investor relations. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to the most important conversations shaping the future of the company.
Note: This role requires working the same hours as the CEO, regardless of time zone, and includes frequent collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders. The role follows a split schedule: 08:00–12:00, followed by a break, and then 16:00 until evening/night
Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of CEO-level priorities, ensuring high-impact projects move forward with urgency and clarity
Translate vision and strategy into operational plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Align cross-functional stakeholders around CEO directives and critical business goals
Own CEO calendar priorities, prep, and briefing materials for key internal and external meetings
Anticipate CEO needs and proactively manage deliverables, timelines, and context across workstreams
Lead ad hoc research, analysis, and synthesis of complex topics to inform CEO decisions
Develop dashboards or reporting frameworks to monitor progress toward strategic priorities
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency or simplification across the org
Handle highly sensitive information with absolute professionalism and confidentiality
Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CEO in select contexts
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership support—preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Operates with integrity, discretion, and trust in handling confidential matters.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Comfortable working non-standard hours to align with the CEO’s schedule across time zones, including a 5-day in-office presence and availability on Friday afternoons
- Ability to travel internationally up to 40%
- MBA, investment banking, or consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) strongly preferred.
