Head of Capital Markets

We’re seeking a Head of Capital Markets with deep expertise in finance, strong conviction in bitcoin, and the creativity to operate at the edge of traditional and frontier markets.
You’ll be responsible for architecting and scaling Braiins’ financial engine, raising capital, structuring financial products around hashrate and mining infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of capital markets with firsthand knowledge of the bitcoin and mining ecosystem, including hashrate marketplaces, and holds the necessary licenses to operate in the financial sector.

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for business growth and expansion.

• Design and manage financial products and services tailored to the bitcoin industry and the hashrate marketplace.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including securities laws and guidelines.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align financial services with business goals.

• Structure and launch new financial products tied to hashrate, mining revenue, or collateralized BTC holdings.

• Work closely with legal counsel to manage risk, especially around regulated offerings and investor communications.

• Analyze ROI, IRR, and capital efficiency across Braiins’ financial stack (hashrate, data centers, yield products).

• Educate counterparties, both bitcoin-native and traditional, on Braiins’ offerings and market position.

• 10+ years in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking, ideally with exposure to commodities, energy, or digital assets.

• Deep understanding of bitcoin and mining economics, including hashrate dynamics and power markets.

• Proven ability to navigate both regulated financial environments (SEC, CFTC) and bitcoin-native infrastructure.

• Experience structuring credit facilities backed by digital or real-world assets.

• Network of institutional investors, family offices, and crypto VCs.

• FINRA Series 7/63/79 or equivalent licenses a plus.
