Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is seeking an experienced energy professional with experience in project finance and project development. In this role, the candidate will be a part of a growing impactful team that both develops projects based on Bloom’s cutting-edge energy technology, as well as builds partnerships with energy investors.

This role will own the execution and closing of financing transactions from signed term sheet through funding, manage ongoing investor programs, and drive conversion to revenue/margin targets. Lead the cross‑functional engine (modeling, diligence, documentation) and coordinate closely with FP&A and Commercial to deliver quarterly and annual plans. Location: San Jose, CA (25% travel)

• Close transactions post-term sheet through funding.
• Manage ongoing investor relationships and capital programs.
• Coordinate with FP&A on financial planning and forecasting.
• Deliver quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Lead centralized execution team and manage professional development.
• Support customer offtake contract closings.
• Provide input on quarterly and annual planning cycles.

• 20+ years in project finance, renewable energy, or structured finance.
• Demonstrated success in closing large-scale financing transactions.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
