  • Extract, analyse, and interpret operational and financial data to prepare reports for management and the Board.
  • Review and analyse financial statements to support internal reporting and risk management.
  • Generate management reports for the Board and senior team, detailing progress on projects.
  • Work with the wider management team, as needed, to develop training programmes covering technical and personal skills.
  • Empower and motivate all employees by embodying the company's values and fostering its culture, ensuring staff demonstrate these values.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of ten years' experience in a senior leadership role at an executive level within the financial services and customer relations industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Graduate or postgraduate qualification in law, accounting, finance, business, or another relevant field.
  • Expert knowledge of the VIRRGIN Registry System.
  • Strong understanding of BVI corporate, AML, regulatory, and financial services legislation, and how this translates operationally to a business.
  • Working knowledge of trusts and fiduciary arrangements.
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven record of talent development.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, given the high volume of work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a clear track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
