Job Overview: The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership at the intersection of business intelligence, data analytics, and product development within the mobility business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level guidance on business intelligence and product development strategies to support the bank's goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align mobility business objectives with market trends and customer demands.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data collection and integration frameworks.
- Utilise predictive analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
- Drive in-depth industry benchmarking and value chain analyses to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends, delivering actionable intelligence to senior management.
- Develop long-term strategies based on comprehensive market analysis to ensure sustained competitiveness.
- Lead the creation of sophisticated demand forecasting models tailored to the mobility business.
- Drive efficiency in route and logistics planning through advanced optimization techniques.
- Recommend data-driven operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
- Spearhead the design and execution of innovative product strategies that align with the bank’s vision.
- Develop and manage a robust product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of market-relevant solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new products, from ideation to market launch.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.

- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business intelligence, product development, or strategic planning roles.
