About the Role:
- Strategy: Build a state wise, city wise strategic business plan by applying external growth indicators like population, catchment density, affluence, competition, and internal growth indicators like space productivity.
- Execution: Break the strategic business plan into actionable annual / monthly store opening plan with in-depth details like right zone, deployable space and rental budget.
- Property Acquisition: Align regional commercial teams and franchisee on execution details like size, structure, visibility, adjacencies, commercials and activate search through network of agencies and brokers.
- Icon Stores Opening: Search, Finalization, due diligence, documentation, and project handover
- Team Management: Ensure the team works with purpose, discipline of execution and integrity. Performance review and development of the team
- Relationship Management: One point of contact for key landlords and national malls across the market
- Networking: Build network of information and keep updated on recent developments and prospects
About You:
- Graduate / Postgraduate – BBA/MBA Graduate with 12 to15 yr of experience in Business Development role
- Market knowledge, planning, negotiation, and relationship management
- Technical understanding of building, utilities, and safety
- Local laws, rules, and regulations
- Legal knowledge for documentation purpose
- Working with tools and software for data management
