Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing and management, familiar with the US market;
1. Excellent market perception, more than 10 years of sales experience in the US mattress and sofa industry,
and a good understanding of sofas and smart mattresses;
2. Offline channel experience such as mattress firm/Costco/Walmart/Mattress Warehouse/RoomstoGo;
Rich practical experience in brand marketing and brand management;
3. Master good media and industry resources, have good and close industry cooperation relationship;
4. Have good channel development ability, excellent proven track record in furniture industry and self-driving force, result-oriented;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and innovative spirit, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
6. Have good teamwork spirit and leadership ability, and be able to guide and motivate the team to achieve goals;
7. accept frequent business travel;
1. Responsible for the overall management of the US market, implementation of overall market strategy and achievement of growth targets;
2. Responsible for the analysis of local smart bed and sofa industry and consumer groups, and output analysis reports;
3. Responsible for US brand building, effect delivery and evaluation,media communication and marketing activities;
4. Actively expand offline growth channels, professional chain stores, large distributors and OEM customers, and achieve goals;
5. Manage and supervise the company's market expense budget, and regularly give optimization suggestions;
6. Submit work reports regularly, review work processes and customer communication;
