About this opportunity:
As our Head of People Experience for Business Area Networks (BNEW), you will step into a newly created, enterprise-wide role with a clear mandate: shape how our people experience Ericsson across the full talent lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to build and drive an integrated people experience agenda end-to-end, with real scope to innovate and influence how we attract, grow, reward and retain our talent.
You will lead and oversee the core pillars of People Experience in BNEW - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, People Analytics, Total Rewards, Strategy & Workforce Planning, and key People projects. Working through and with expert teams, you will set direction, ensure execution excellence, and use insights and data to continuously elevate the impact of our People agenda on the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of BNEW People and serving as a key member of the BNEW People Leadership Team, you will operate at the heart of strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across BNEW and Group functions, acting as a trusted advisor and challenger while championing a people-centric culture where our employees can perform at their best and build meaningful careers.
What you will do:
- Lead a global team with around 10 direct reports across SME areas
- Act as project lead across cross-functional SME teams
- Create one SME agenda for BNEW aligned to business context
- Translate business challenges into prioritized people initiatives
- Drive delivery through an agile way of working
- Align projects to enterprise needs and measurable outcomes
- Build collaboration with local and global People teams
The skills you bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant fields, ideally combining a background in people/HR consulting with hands-on operational experience driving similar topics.
- An AI-first mindset and act as a thought leader in the organization, proactively driving the use of AI and data-driven approaches within the people/HR domain.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Consultant experience with expertise in 2-3 SME areas
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across employee lifecycle
- Strong collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Modern, research-driven mindset
- Ability to translate business agendas into people strategies
- Experience in Strategy, Workforce Planning, or Total Rewards preferred
- TA or TM experience is a plus
