We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of B2B to lead our business-to-business division
and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing
B2B strategies, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales and account management

stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align offerings with client
needs.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive
innovation.
- Track performance through CRM tools, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior
management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and high-level meetings to
strengthen brand presence.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate
partnerships.
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving significant B2B revenue growth.
- Consultancy background preferred.
