Head of Application, AMEA

• Responsible for managing and coordinating new chemistry, materials, technology and application development projects to facilitate the use of current and new products at existing/ potential customers.
• Manage and conduct experimental studies to generate data and new product from idea though development and commercialization.
• Provide the technical and application support to the products used in bioprocessing.
• Identify technical/scientific opportunities and initiate/ guide the necessary activities to translate insights into specific market-oriented innovation programs.
• Partner with the field application and account managers on these programs and supports technical interactions with customers to close sales for new products and gain acceptance of new technologies.
• Manage a large team within a complex discipline or department, comprised of intermediate/experienced professionals.
