Job DescriptionWe are seeking an executive leader (m/f/d) with deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design to lead a strategically important global organization. In this role, you will drive innovation, technology leadership, and organizational excellence while shaping next-generation semiconductor solutions for demanding automotive applications.
As Head of Analog Design (m/f/d), you will lead a global organization of highly skilled engineers across multiple locations worldwide. You will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's analog design strategy, ensuring world-class designs, engineering excellence and enabling sustainable business growth through innovative semiconductor solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the long-term Analog Design strategy aligned with business objectives
- Leading, mentoring, and developing leaders, and engineering teams across global sites
- Overseeing the complete analog IC development lifecycle from concept through production readiness
- Driving technology innovation, development excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with design houses, universities, foundries, OSATs, and ecosystem partners
