We are looking for a Head of AI to innovate our core product features. You will be responsible for using AI to uplevel the personalization, dynamic learning, and insight capability of our products. The ideal candidate has an impressive track record of shipping impactful AI products, and experience building/leading ML/DS/DE teams. Your work will improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of users and will further our core mission of improving sleep and saving lives.

• Lead a team that applies AI to our core software and hardware products

• Decide on the best model/architecture to use for each application, and lead the implementation of it

• Coordinate with the software/ML Ops team to incorporate design into production

• Advance the field of AI for sleep and health, and publish your work at top conferences and journals

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience

• Strong technical & coding background

  • Excellent Python and object-oriented coding skills

  • Strong experience designing, training, and evaluating modern ML/deep learning architectures with a good understanding of statistical techniques

  • Experience with LLMs

  • Experience working with time-series data

• Experience leading and building a world class team
