The rapid evolution of generative AI presents a critical challenge in moving from isolated proof-of-concepts to a unified, production-grade digital workforce. This senior leadership position focuses on building, inspiring, and scaling a world-class team of platform engineers dedicated to the organization's Agentic AI ecosystem. Success requires championing a culture of operational excellence, psychological safety, and cross-functional collaboration while guiding the team through complex technical challenges around platform stability, security, and enterprise integration. By aligning top-tier human talent with cutting-edge infrastructure, this role empowers engineering teams to deliver secure, resilient, and highly impactful digital workforces that drive measurable business value.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of platform engineers and architects, establishing a team culture of technical excellence, continuous development, and high engagement
- Define and execute the strategic operational roadmap to transition isolated AI proof-of-concepts into a scaled, enterprise-wide digital worker ecosystem
- Drive robust collaboration and alignment across AI Engineering, Cyber-Security, Data Science, and business units to identify, prioritize, and deploy high-value agentic solutions
- Empower the engineering organization to design and run secure, resilient, and observable agent runtimes that strictly adhere to compliance, governance, and safety guardrails
- Coach and advocate for technical leaders within the team, establishing clear career progression paths and cultivating a diverse, inclusive talent pipeline

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum Experience: 12 years of experience in Engineering, Product, or Platform Operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing and scaling technical teams
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
- Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workloads
- Designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and event-driven architectures
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $177,650.00/Year - $240,350.00/Year
