You will ensure comprehensive support to the branded service network by driving strategic planning initiatives that align with commercial and service objectives within the after-sales sector.
This role oversees both strategic and operational activities to foster business growth, enhance service offerings, and optimize after-sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate after-sales services into commercial proposals, maximizing customer value and satisfaction
- Develop and coordinate a regional service network (maintenance and field service) leveraging internal resources and local partners
- Manage service escalations and ensure high service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Brands, suppliers, HQ) to optimize solutions and profitability
- Define and drive the After-Sales strategy in alignment with corporate goals and market trends
- Develop modernization, upgrade, and value-added service business
- Support Brands in the positioning and execution of After-Sales offerings
- Identify growth opportunities (up-selling, cross-selling) and increase service revenue
- Implement service performance tracking and reporting systems
- Ensure service readiness (training, spare parts, tools) in line with the sales pipeline
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, mobile automation or a comparable industry.
- Proven leadership experience in project‑led, solutions‑based sales environments.
- Strong background in the after sales business.
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer‑centric mindset.
- Strong analytical and project management capability.
- Degree‑level education in engineering, economics or equivalent industry experience.
- Fluency in Italian is required for the position, as well as in English.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for 50% of time
