Head of Affiliates

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Define and lead the affiliate strategy, from planning to execution and performance management
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including untapped markets, verticals, and strategic categories
• Build and develop a high-performing affiliate team through strong leadership and coaching
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring effective use of tools, processes, and resources
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing affiliate partners
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, ensuring sustainable, mutually beneficial agreements
• Monitor key metrics, optimize based on performance data, and ensure continuous growth
• Improve workflows, reporting, and team collaboration to drive efficiency
• Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and adapt strategy accordingly
• Navigate multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with senior leadership

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong record of leading high-performing teams and managing strategic partnerships
• Excellent numerical and statistical skills, with the ability to extract insights from large data sets and apply them effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• The ability to make sound decisions that align short-term performance with long-term business strategy
• Experience working in a digital environment, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• A track record of successful, high-stakes negotiations that lead to sustainable, long-term affiliate partnerships
• A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and driving their execution
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across functions
