JOB PURPOSE :
HCP Product Manager of Freestyle Libre will be responsible for HCP promotion in Korea. Product manager will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, market positioning, and overall success of these advanced medical technologies. This role involves establishing, directing, and coordinating marketing activities for the products, ensuring alignment with sales and related activities such as advertising, public relations, and strategy implementation to achieve product marketing objectives
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for product
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business goals.
Product Launch And Management
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
- Lead the cross-functional teams for excellent launch readiness
Marketing campaign/program planning and execution
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tools.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales representatives
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management
Cross-functional Communication with External, Internal Stakeholders
- Engage and collaborate with the cross-functional team including global and APAC to ensure product/portfolio success
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals.
- Alliance partner management : strategy alignment, program execution and KPI tracking
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
- Language: A strong command of written and verbal English is required
- Experience: minimum 5 years of marketing experience in healthcare industry. Experience in diabetes area or medical device or alliance management is preferred
- Other skills: Strong drive for results, strategic business planning and project management, and the ability to thrive in a complex environment
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
