Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire application lifecycle including design, strategy, and execution. Each day, you will ensure the application works reliably, serves its users, and remains fit for purpose for supported business processes to deliver value to the organization. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring application security and compliance, in line with external and internal regulations.

This role is contributing to the HCM and Global Mobility Experience in HRXP.
Core Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end application lifecycle (strategy, design, roadmap, and execution) for Assignment Pro and other applications in scope (e.g. JDXpert).
Gather, assess, and prioritize business requirements and system changes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Evaluate product roadmap features, assess impact to ABB, and involve relevant SMEs where needed.
Manage vendor relationships, stay updated on releases and best practices, and ensure effective configuration and system performance (with AMS support where required).
Ensure application reliability, data quality, security, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Communicate system changes, support training and adoption, and provide hypercare after releases.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, manage resources, define SLAs, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
Qualifications for the role
At least 6 years of experience in application lifecycle management, HR systems (HCM), and global mobility processes.
Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders, balancing business expectations with technical feasibility.
Experience working with SaaS applications, system configuration, and HR systems architecture.
Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and SLA management.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools (experience with Assignment Pro and JDXpert is a strong advantage).
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to assess current tools, challenge their fit, and shape future direction.
Highly collaborative and communicative professional with a proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset, focused on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and delivering business value.
