• Develops, customizes, and maintains applications within the HCL Notes/Domino platform to meet business needs.
• Design, develop, and enhance HCL Notes/Domino applications. Customize workflows, forms, and databases to optimize business processes.
• Integrate Notes applications with third-party systems and APIs.
• Debug, test, and deploy application updates.
• Maintain documentation for applications, configurations, and development standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions.
• Support migration projects from HCL Notes to other platforms if required.

• Strong experience in HCL Notes/Domino application development.
• Proficiency in LotusScript, JavaScript, Java.
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server).
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, REST APIs).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of modernization strategies for HCL Notes applications.
• Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Commitment with drive and passion for ownership with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and defining a solution path while focusing on an e2e solution and client needs.
