Responsible for managing and maintaining the HCL Notes infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. In this role, you will administer and maintain HCL Notes/servers, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Manage user accounts, security policies, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in collaboration with other IT teams.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans. Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations. Provide technical support and training to users as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience with HCL Notes/Domino administration (on-premise).
• Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows).
• Understanding of email security, anti-spam measures, and encryption protocols.
• Familiarity with integration into Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, or other collaboration tools.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, LotusScript, JavaScript) is a plus
• Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Commitment with drive and passion for ownership with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and defining a solution path while focusing on an e2e solution and client needs.
