Join Crest Services as an HCBS Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our residential programs are fully staffed, organized, and running smoothly. In this fast-paced position, you'll coordinate staffing, manage schedules, maintain critical documentation, and support the delivery of quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other support needs.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain staff schedules for multiple residential communities to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Respond to staffing emergencies, call-ins, shift changes, and scheduling adjustments.
- Enter and maintain service plans, individual profiles, and documentation in Therap with accuracy.
- Coordinate services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
- Collaborate with program managers, Direct Support Professionals, and leadership to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance reporting and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, required trainings, and other assigned projects.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of scheduling, healthcare coordination, or administrative experience.
- Experience using Therap is required.
- Experience with TeamBridge and/or UKG is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and scheduling software skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond calmly to urgent staffing needs.
- Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and providing person-centered care.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Skills Required
