Lineage in Hazleton is hosting a walk-in interview event! We will be conducting on-site interviews, facility tours, and possible on-the-spot offers for a variety of positions: Shipping & Receiving Operator, General Warehouse Worker, Custodian, Traffic Clerk, Customer Care Representative, Inventory Control Tech, and warehouse lead, warehouse supervisor, and building & automation techs.

Please bring a copy of your resume (encouraged, not required) and wear closed-toe shoes.

Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move palletized units using forklifts or pallet jacks

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound shipments

• Record and verify counts, weights, and condition of goods using RF systems

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe working conditions

• Perform cycle counts, audits, and quality checks to support inventory accuracy

• Complete daily equipment checks and ensure proper maintenance

• Provide clerical support for shipping, receiving, and customer orders

• Lead, train, and support warehouse team members as needed

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with material handling equipment and warehouse machinery

• Assist in cross-training, teamwork, and supporting various departments

Minimum Requirements

• Basic math and data entry skills

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English (or as defined by Lineage)

• Comfort working in cold/freezer environments (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F) with PPE provided

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; heavier lifting may be required depending on role

• Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends if needed

• Comfortable with varying noise levels

• Previous warehouse, MHE, inventory, clerical, or leadership experience depending on role

Role-Specific Highlights

Shipping & Receiving Operator (SRO): Load/unload trailers, move palletized goods, and ensure accuracy of shipments.

General Warehouse Worker (GWW): Pick, pack, and palletize orders; cross-train across warehouse tasks.

Custodian: Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, offices, and grounds; operate cleaning equipment and handle chemicals safely.

Traffic Clerk: Support shipping/receiving through clerical tasks, scheduling drivers, and verifying paperwork.

Customer Care Representative (CCR): Communicate with customers, process orders, and resolve issues with warehouse/transportation teams.

Inventory Control Technician (ICQA): Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Warehouse Lead: Supervise daily operations, direct associates, ensure safety and productivity, and support training.
