JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead all FR-focused VIP and PR/cultural activations that take place at the Haus including:
/ To support all Global-focused VIP and PR/cultural activations that take place at the Haus including:
- To be the lead and expert on VIP and high talents for Haus Paris (Tiers 1 in Fashion, cinema, music, art, sport, … industries).
To oversee all FR/Global celebrity seeding to ensure the most relevant and brand-appropriate talents are wearing Levi’s® on and off screen.
- To develop Haus product assortment ordering best-of-the-best product (only Tiers 1 and Collaboration).
- To lead in developing highly innovative center of culture program in the areas of pop culture, film, television, celebrity, entertainment, music and Fashion, … outside and inside Haus:
• Product placement: dedicated customization, red carpets, celebrities event opportunities (Cannes, Deauville, Hyères, Cesar, FW, …)
• Event program about Parisian culture
- To manage the Haus Paris Team (Haus showroom specialist and Haus Tailor) and the supporting VIP Agency.
- To follow-up and analysis of Haus performance (Reporting)
• To implement the Haus strategy and tools within the french subsidiary in line with awareness objectives and Global /Cluster/Local PR strategy
• To build out Haus Paris programming alongside South Marketing Director, FR Brand Manager and PR & Brand Program Manager.
• To lead all Levi’s® Haus Paris culture program / event
• To lead and oversee all FR/Global seeding programs (seasonal, collabs, etc.), with a focus on celebrity and high talents (Tiers 1 in Fashion, cinema, music, art, sport, … industries)
• To book talent for Haus and brand events and programs, inclusive of cross-functional team needs - FR PR, South PR, Channel, …
• To lead, develop, and oversee celebrity/ stylist outreach for presence in media, as well as to costume and wardrobe designers for appropriate film / tv placement opportunities.
• To maintain and constantly develop manager, agent, and publicist relationships for all VIP and talent partnerships and seedings.
• Responsible for the Haus product assortment strategy.
• To manage Haus Paris team direct reports (Haus specialist and Haus Tailor).
• To manage VIP Agency which supports Haus Paris with seeding execution, events, fittings, etc.
• To communicate effectively and frequently across the organization & work cross-functionally with all teams – PR, Social, Channel, …
• To work in tandem with PR team to suggest and book talents for ongoing Brand Ambassador program.
• To manage Haus budget.
• Reporting – program recaps, weekly Haus recaps, etc.
• Follow-up and analysis of Haus performance
• Active watch on competitor’s PR/VIP actions and good knowledge of new and trendy concepts / places in Paris and in France
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
• Min. of 5 years PR / VIP experience
• Professionalism and maturity, being able to manage a team / agency
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong PR and celebrities’ network – Mandatory
• Strong production event skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Curious and flexible
• Passionate about PR relations and Fashion & Lifestyle
