What you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for system-level performance and reliability testing of Bitdeer’s ASIC mining hardware, ensuring product stability and compliance with engineering standards.
• Develop and execute test plans covering electrical, thermal, and functional validation under various environmental conditions.
• Conduct long-duration reliability and stress tests to evaluate hardware endurance, component lifespan, and system robustness.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and automation teams to define test coverage, methodologies, and success criteria.
• Design and implement automated validation setups and measurement scripts for efficiency and repeatability.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify root causes of failure, degradation, or instability.
• Document test results, generate detailed reports, and propose design or process improvement recommendations.
• Perform benchmarking against competitor hardware and validate enhancements in power efficiency or performance metrics.
• Support production and field teams by reproducing, analyzing, and troubleshooting test-related or customer-reported issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance test coverage, precision, and data analytics capability.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of testing experience with servers, data center equipment, or similar high-end IT hardware products.
• Familiar with server system architecture; understands the fundamental working principles of components such as CPU, memory, chipsets (e.g. PCH), PCIe, and BMC.
• Proficient in testing theory and methodologies, mastering common techniques like black-box/white-box testing and boundary value analysis. Familiar with the server testing process flow and skilled in using at least one defect management tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Proficient in using common test equipment such as digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, and programmable DC power supplies. Possesses basic signal measurement and debugging capabilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility and rigorous quality awareness. Excellent logical analysis and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
