Key Responsibilities
·Develop product functional test plan (compliance testing)
·Develop hardware test setup and test bench improvements
·Perform manual functional testing of product on hardware bench
·Contribute to automation of hardware tests
·Define and validate new test software functions
·Track and report test progress
·Manage and resolve hardware defects
·Provide technical support to hardware environmental and electromagnetic compatibility validation
·Provide technical support to manufacturing plant to set up production changes
·Analyze customer issues and internal issue tickets, try to reproduce them and coordinate their resolution
Expected Qualification and experience
·Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field
·DGUV 200‑006 Level 2 & 3 High‑Voltage qualification (or equivalent)
·Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics or e‑mobility hardware
·Solid foundation in embedded hardware systems and analog electronics
·Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
·Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
·Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical topics clearly
·Fluent in English; German and French are considered an advantage
·Positive, cooperative, and team‑oriented mindset, fostering trust and effective collaboration
·Proven ability to work cross‑functionally to achieve shared objectives
·Clear and confident communicator, able to translate technical data into actionable insights.
