Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots IT infrastructure endpoints and network devices, including desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi systems, firewalls, VPNs, and surveillance systems. Ensures high availability, security, and performance of IT assets. Requires Windows administration, hardware maintenance, networking, firewall and VPN management, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, CCTV/NVR/DVR administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic cybersecurity knowledge.
