Job Description:
Key Responsibilities (may include one or more of the following):
· Collaborates with engineers to define and document hardware requirements.
· Assists in the creation and analysis of electronic schematics to ensure reliability and functionality.
· Supports the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs), with an emphasis on component placement and manufacturability.
· Contributes to FPGA development using hardware description languages such as VHDL or Verilog, including simulation and testing.
· Provides assistance with ASIC design efforts, including RTL coding and verification.
· Assists with hardware testing, debugging, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
· Maintains detailed records of designs, testing procedures, and outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
· Demonstrates interest in hardware engineering and is familiar with schematic design, PCB development, or FPGA/ASIC design.
· Possesses experience with both digital and analog electronics.
· Has experience working in a laboratory environment.
· Exhibits strong collaboration skills and an eagerness to contribute to team success.
