program requirements like features, region, design review, product positioning in
the market etc. to cover all aspects of Handling and steering performance validation.
- Lead
the test execution for Vehicle Dynamics performance assessment and ensure
timely completion of tests as per DVP.
- Be
the subject matter expert for Vehicle Dynamics test execution, test standards

the data with available softwares and generate reports as per Vinfast internal
guidelines and standards.
- Maintain
record of vehicle dynamics status against VTS targets for all programs to
report Pass/Fail items.
- Capture
vehicle handling and steering related issues in JIRA and ensure smooth
coordination with respective stakeholders for timely resolution and solution
implementations.
- Act
as a gatekeeper for Vehicle Dynamics issues and validate solutions to solve
problems related to Chassis Hardware or Software.
- Supervise
and maintain all test instrumentation in the best shape to be able to deliver
accurate and high quality test results.
- Mentoring junior colleagues leading to their Vehicle
dynamics skill and career development.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with sound
knowledge on Electric Vehicles and Automotive industry.
- 5-10 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics objective and
subjective assessment of vehicles.
- Good knowledge of Vehicle dynamics basics and understanding
of chassis Hardware/Software.
- Extensive vehicle data acquisition, data analysis and
reporting skills.
- High Limit driving and vehicle assessment capability
(Certification from OEM/supplier advantageous).
- Experience of working on ISO objective Handling test
manoeuvres and knowledge of metrics associated with each.
- Experience of testing and evaluating vehicles in the test
track/proving ground.
- Managing test resources, planning and execution
independently with no to minimal supervision.
- Ability to work and adapt in fast paced environment managing
multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills Required
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics
- Good knowledge of Vehicle dynamics basics
- Extensive vehicle data acquisition and analysis skills
- High Limit driving certification from OEM/supplier
