The Hall Monitor is responsible for ensuring a secure, safe, and efficient hatchery environment by overseeing facility access, employee movement, and compliance with strict biosecurity and safety protocols. This role is essential for preventing unauthorized entry, maintaining welfare standards, and protecting the integrity of our operations.
Preferred Qualifications- Days Monday-Friday
- Check Record Temperature and Humididty Setter through the Hallway and Hatchers.
- Change Filters on HVAC units in the halls.
- Need to be able to work weekends and Holidays!!!!
- Not to scared of Heights.
- Ability to work in a environemental conditions, iclusing warm, dusty, cold, and moist environments.
- Must be able to lift 40-80 pounds
- Prior experience in related agricultural labor setting is a plus but not necessary.
