Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Administration of employee benefits, including coordination with vendors and ensuring data accuracy;
Preparing statutory reports (e.g. GUS), ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and deadlines;
Manage occupational health processes, including: issuing medical examination referrals, monitoring completion rates and validity of medical certificates, following up with employees and managers to ensure compliance;
Handle A1 certificate processes, including preparation, submission, and tracking of applications;
Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on assigned processes;
Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization;
Ensure high-quality data management and reporting accuracy within relevant HR systems;
Support audits and compliance checks related to owned processes.
Requirements:
Experience and proficiency in working with Workday;
Knowledge of and experience with SAP HR Core system;
Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow);
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with employees;
Experience in benefits administration within a large organization (500+ employees);
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire);
Practical and in-depth knowledge of labor law;
Proactive mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvements.
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross 7 233 - 13 433
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
