Act as a liaison and ambassador for H2B employees coordinating housing, transportation, banking, healthcare and other related activities and translating information to Spanish as needed.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate activities to assist the H2B employee group in terms of work schedule, bus pick up and drop off times, work protocol, attendance, grocery pick up, and health care.
2. Act as a resource, getting H2B employees acclimated to the US including churches, laundromats, pay cards, how to get money from them.
3. Assist employees apply for Social Security numbers and go with them to Social Security Administration office get appointments as needed.
4. Work with property management teams to communicate questions or concerns such as requested repairs, lost keys, safety, etc.
5. Assist with administrative duties such as processing receipts and gas cards, completing purchase orders, ordering supplies and scheduling meetings.
6. May transport employees to appointments in company owned vehicle.
Job Specifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent and bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
2. Must have state issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
3. Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality is needed.
4. P.C skills required and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
5. Excellent customer service and positive attitude to help individuals feel welcomed and championed.
Working Conditions
1. May work in multiple sites including an office environment, apartment complexes where H2B employees reside and bus routes.
2. Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities.
