TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE : EN COLLABORATION AVEC LE DIRECTEUR DES OPÉRATIONS, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND :
• Assurer le déploiement et l’avancement du plan d’action SST;
• Participer à la mise en place et à la communication des programmes, procédures et réglementations en SST;
• Analyser les risques, établir les priorités ainsi que les mesures de contrôles;
• Établir les besoins en formation SST;
• Effectuer les enquêtes et analyses d’accidents à la suite d’un évènement et les audits SST;
• Réaliser la revue et l’analyse statistique des indicateurs SST;
• Coordonner et animer le comité de santé et sécurité;
• Accompagner et soutenir les gestionnaires en matière de bonnes pratiques et réglementations SST;
• Communiquer avec les différents niveaux de l’organisation concernant l’évolution de la SST au sein des établissements;
• Pourrait être appelé à remplacer en partie les coordonnateurs de production si besoin lors de la période de vacances.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
• Détenir une formation de niveau collégial ou universitaire et une expérience pertinente de 3 à 5 ans en santé et sécurité du travail, en hygiène industrielle ou domaine connexe;
• Capacité à agir en tant qu’agent de changement;
• Être disponible à se déplacer dans nos différents établissements (Beauce, Sherbrooke et Boucherville);
• Communiquer efficacement (parlé et écrit) en français et en anglais pour les relations avec le corporatif;
• Faire preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et de jugement;
• Posséder un excellent esprit d’analyse et capacité de résolution de problèmes;
• Maîtriser la suite office ;
• Faire preuve de leadership dans ses prises de décisions et ses communications.

Skills Required
- College or university education
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field
- Ability to act as a change agent
- Availability to travel between facilities in Beauce, Sherbrooke, and Boucherville
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
- Autonomy, initiative, and sound judgment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Leadership in decision-making and communications
