Position Description: Oswego Health is seeking a board-certified Gynecologist to build and lead a new practice in Oswego County. The incoming physician will provide high-quality care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, diagnosing and managing a broad range of conditions—from infections and menstrual irregularities to hormone imbalances and gynecological cancers.

The successful candidate will perform essential wellness exams (pap smears, pelvic, and breast exams) and will have the opportunity for surgical procedures involving the uterus, pelvic organs, and cervix trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery and robotics. We are looking for an experienced clinician with at least two years of practice who is comfortable supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary range of $400 - $425k plus wRVU model
• Sign-on bonus, reimbursement for relocation and student loans (if applicable)
