The Corvallis Clinic, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a board-certified Gynecologic Surgeon to join our established Women's Health team in Corvallis, Oregon. This position offers the opportunity to focus exclusively on gynecologic care and surgery without obstetrical responsibilities. The physician will work alongside two experienced clinicians in a collaborative, patient-centered practice providing comprehensive gynecologic services to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care across the lifespan.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign gynecologic conditions.
- Perform office-based procedures and gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures.
- Collaborate with Women's Health, Primary Care, and specialty providers to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Oregon Medical License or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- 2 or more years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training or advanced experience in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
- Training and experience in robotic surgery
- Experience building collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary care team

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $291,500 - $501,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
