Responsibilities:
- Understanding and
supporting our cause
- Planning, spotting,
and teaching gymnastics classes, preschool through pre-team
- Assessing the
progress of students
- Interacting and
communicating with participant parents
- Assisting with
gymnastics special events and other related duties
- Willingness to
develop relationship-building, teaching, coaching, class
management, and leadership skills
Shifts:
Shifts
are available at both the Dahl (La Crosse) branch and Houser
(Onalaska) branch. 1-4 days per week, 3-15 hours per
week.
Requirements
- General
understanding of gymnastics basics
- Desire to
work with children ages 3-12
- Ability to
communicate effectively and build relationships with staff
members, volunteers, participants, and members
- Ability to
spot gymnasts weighing up to 100 pounds in gymnastics
skills
