- 반도체 장비 설치 및 기술문제 해결과 지원- 고객 커뮤니케이션을 통해 시스템 결함 및 에러를 해결- 사전점검을 통한 예방업무 및 설비 부품 유지 관리- 장비에 대한 지식과 이해를 바탕으로 장비 가동 진단 및 고객 오퍼레이션 가이드

  Applied Materials 장비가 필요한 곳에 Installation을 담당하므로
  해외 및 국내 지역 출장이 많습니다. (Up To 75%)
   
• Field Service Team
  Field에서 Installation 이후 일어나는 Trouble-Shooting, Maintenance, 장비 안정화 등을 담당하는 팀입니다.
  고객과 커뮤니케이션하며 장비 운영상 발생하는 기술문제 해결과 지원을 담당합니다.
