Ferring+You
We are looking for a GxP Systems & Process Manager to join our team and support business system operations of regulatory GxP IT systems in Ferring, in particular the Veeva RIM applications.
In this role, you will support the global user community by ensuring that regulatory systems run efficiently and that users are well supported in their daily work across document management, submission management, and information management processes.
You will join a collaborative and international environment, working closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, IT, and other business functions.
Your day at Ferring
- Provide system support and deliver user training in collaboration with colleagues
- Resolve user-reported issues, including system-related and process-related queries
- Review and manage system access requests
- Maintain and update system documentation and user guidance
- Support system maintenance activities and ongoing development initiatives
- Participate in testing and validation activities for system changes and releases
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement of system usage
- Ensure inspection readiness in collaboration with your team

Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or another regulated industry (preferred)
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and handling user requests
Exposure to regulatory IT systems (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM or similar systems) is an advantage
Familiarity with regulatory end-to-end processes and requirements (e.g., eCTD, IDMP) is a plus
Skills and competencies:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Pro-active and service-oriented mindset with a focus on user support
Good communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work across teams and cultures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Interest in facilitating training and supporting users
Other:
Fluent in English
Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment is an advantage
