As a GTS Manager, you will lead and develop a medium, multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams, taking full ownership of operational delivery, performance outcomes, and service excellence. You will act as a senior leader within the function, defining direction, setting clear objectives, and ensuring the successful execution of business priorities.

Requirements
- You bring strong management experience with at least 3 years in a similar fast paced, complex operational or commercial area
- You are fluent in German (Business level) and English
- You have experience working with reports and management tools to drive performance
- You show strong business understanding and think and act in an entrepreneurial way
- You have strong problem-solving skills & effective decision maker
- You are a confident communicator across all levels
- You can handle and resolve escalations effectively
- You stay resilient and self-motivated in challenging situations
- You are comfortable using MS Office applications
- Must be able to travel Internationally (primarily to Germany)
