About The Position
Unframe is a fast-growing, AI-first startup building cutting-edge AI solutions with a globally distributed team. We move fast, work closely as a team, and put a strong emphasis on finding and hiring exceptional people to help us scale.
We’re looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer to join the team and help us identify and engage top go-to-market talent, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps roles.
You’ll play a key role in building our GTM hiring engine: sourcing high-impact candidates, opening doors to conversations, and helping us build relationships with people who can take our product to market.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM role requirements and hiring priorities
• Proactively source passive GTM candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, referrals, and creative channels
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with GTM talent for current and future needs
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline data accurately to support hiring decisions
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or RevOps
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social platforms
• Strong understanding of GTM functions and how early-stage teams are built
• High proficiency in English, written and spoken
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
