The OpportunityTo achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a GTM Systems Manager, Growth Motions to join our GTM Systems team. This role will architect and execute targeted GTM motions — using platforms like Common Room, Outreach and others — to help our Sales and Marketing teams identify, prioritize, and engage high-value opportunities at scale.

As a GTM Systems Manager, Growth Motions, you will be responsible for building scalable workflows, enabling cross-functional teams, and optimizing program performance based on clear success metrics.
This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of systems, data insights, and GTM execution — perfect for someone who is passionate about building scalable growth engines.
- Design, operationalize, and scale targeted engagement programs that connect ML-driven signals and real-time buyer intent to pipeline generation activities.
- Pilot, iterate, and optimize micro-plays designed to improve engagement, reduce lead response time, and increase conversion to sales opportunities.
- Act as the primary owner and strategist for Common Room and related engagement platforms.
- Drive continuous innovation by evaluating new features, building workflows, and ensuring full platform utilization across Sales and Marketing.
- Identify and integrate additional tools or workflows as needed to strengthen signal-to-action conversion.
- Support the GTM Systems and Sales Ops teams with related tasks in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build onboarding, enablement, and best practice guides to drive adoption of workflows within Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Partner closely with Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams to align engagement programs with business goals and pipeline targets.
- Define and track KPIs for program adoption, engagement, lead velocity, and pipeline contribution.
- Analyze performance, build feedback loops, and optimize programs based on data-driven insights.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on program impact and scalability.
- Has 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar GTM execution role.
- Has experience operationalizing and enabling GTM engagement platforms (e.g., Common Room, Outreach, Clay, Pocus, 6sense, Demandbase) or similar.
- Demonstrates a strong builder’s mindset: experience designing workflows, automations, and engagement programs from scratch.
- Has proven success in improving sales and marketing alignment through operational programs.
- Has an analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and optimize based on results.
- Possesses excellent communication & project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Has familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms, and enrichment tools.
- Has prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment.
- Has experience partnering with Data Science or Machine Learning teams on predictive or intent models is a plus.
- Is comfortable with basic data, ETL, and Reverse ETL tools (e.g., SQL, APIs, Fivetran, Hightouch) is a plus.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. In Canada, all locations where we support employment are considered “Zone 1”.
