What will I be doing?
- Own the design and build of AI-powered GTM workflows, using tools like Workato One, ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n to automate high-volume, high-impact processes across Sales, Success, and Marketing.
- Work closely with our Data Analytics team to integrate internal LLM models into operational workflows, syncing them across platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
- Build and maintain robust integrations using Workato (primary), as well as other iPaaS platforms like Tray.io or Zapier, where required.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects—from discovery and design through to deployment, documentation, and support.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize for performance and scale, and ensure data consistency across all GTM systems.
- Evaluate new technology and automation opportunities, keeping us at the cutting edge of RevOps innovation.
- Maintain clear and well-documented technical processes, integration diagrams, and reusable components to drive long-term system scalability.
- Influence the roadmap and architecture of our GTM systems, advocating for scalable, intelligent automation wherever possible.
What do I need?
- 5+ years in a GTM Systems, Revenue Operations Engineering, or Business Systems Analyst role with direct technical ownership.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and core GTM platforms like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clari.
- Proven expertise building and maintaining integrations in Workato, or equivalent iPaaS tools (e.g. Tray.io, Zapier, Make).
- Hands-on experience with or a deep interest in AI/ML technologies, including LLMs and intelligent process automation.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system architecture; scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript) is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
